Happy Birthday.

Hello again. This card is for a family friend.

It is a 6"x6" scalloped edged card. The background paper is from my stash and is a floral and butterfly design in pastel colours..
The scalloped squares are cut in Lilac and Pink Pearlised card and edged with pink gemstones.
I have used Spellbinders Die-D-Lites. OUTRAGEOUS BUTTERFLY in co-ordinating card and paper. The body has pink gems for added texture.
I have added flowers too.
To complete the look I have added a Silver Chainlink Border.

LOVE IS........

Hello again.  The following card is for a WEDDING ANNIVERSARY.

The background is a light blue embossed card with  dots. All edges have a  goldchainlink border to highlight and add definition too.

It has five shades of pearlised and patterned card for layering. The two punched borders have also been edged wigh co-ordinating border.

I have had the sentiment  a long time but th words are gorgeous.
It reads---

YOUR LOVE GIVES ME HAPPINESS, JOY & DELIGHT,
YOU'RE THE SUN IN MY MORNING,
THE MOON IN MY NIGHT...
YOU'RE THE ON THAT I CHERISH,
THE LOVE OF MY LIFE,
AND I TRULY AM BLESSED WE ARE
HUSBAND AND WIFE.

Thd small flowers are mulberry and the foliage is punched.
I have completed the look with a gold heart with two wedding rings and clear small heart gem.

Hello again.  Time for my next card which has just been completed.

This is a GOOD LUCK card created using a Scalloped Edge base card 6x6 and layered using four colours of Pearlised card.
The edges have been finished off using a Silver Chainlink Border. 
There are three layers of a die-cut Flower die with the addition of an Acrylic  Rose in the centre.
The foliage is  by Creative Expressions called PETITE VINERY.
To complete the look, I have added Acetate Butterflies and added Matt Silver Pearls for the bodies adding extra texture.
The GOOD LUCK is a Silver colour.
The inside of the card has a co-ordinating theme.

MAJESTIC BUTTERFLY.

Hi everyone.
This is the start of my new blog. I have been missing from blogland for a few years now due to ill-health but I  am slowly trying to recover my love of crafting. It will be a slow process though, so please bear with me.

My first card is called MAJESTIC BUTTERFLY.
It has been made on a A5 card onto which I have added a Pale Lilac card for the background. I have also used Black and Silver card for mounting.

There are two gorgeous decorative corners each with the addition of a 3D flower with a smaller coloured flower for the centre.

The Butterfly is a double layer with deep purple pearls for the body which gives added texture.

To add more texture there is a small two-tone gingham bow to co-ordinate.

All edges have a silver chainlink border to complete the !ook.
